GUIDELINES

The Londonderry neighborhood is part of an HOA, and there are architectural restrictions in place. If you are planning on building something, updating the look of your house, etc. please make sure you get approval from the Architectural Control & Deed Restrictions Committee first so that you don't have any issues being in compliance with the guidelines later. 

Common requests that need to be cleared have to do with improvements on decks, fences, roofs, gutters, patios, patio covers, painting, pools, siding, spas, shutters, window treatments, storage buildings, garage doors, concrete work, tree removal, etc.
