DEED RESTRICTIONS
Please help us maintain the value of the homes in our neighborhood by keeping a clean, orderly and attractive appearance on each lot. The Londonderry HOA's deed restrictions guidelines meet this purpose. As a homeowner and LHOA member, it is your responsibility to stay within these guidelines in your property appearance and maintenance.
Our Deed Restrictions Committee members are very knowledgeable of the deed restriction guidelines and are happy to answer questions or assist you in solving any issue that you might have. Please feel free to email the committee with any questions you may have, and they will respond as quickly as possible. If you want, you can come to any HOA board meeting that is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month to ask more details on deed violations and restrictions.
